REFUND POLICY
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all faulty items. We require photos of these parts and will ask a few trouble shooting questions through this process. Warranty is voided if the item is not installed as per our instructions. If you are not sure when installing our lighting systems you must call and email us immediately, if you proceed with installation and an item or the system becomes faulty without contacting us then you will be reliable for covering the cost of replacing the faulty parts. Hex Customs take no liability to damaged caused by an electrical fault.
Returns
We do not offer exchanges or returns for change-of-mind e.g if the item does no longer suits your needs or design or your timeframe changes. If you change your mind within 48hours after purchase we will refund your order, minus a $100.00USD administration fee. Shipping Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will contact the courier and lodge a claim. You can then email us photos of the damage with the claim number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
